In Cold Blood (feat. Pusha T)—Alt J: Animated Visualizer

This animated visualizer was created to help promote Twin Shadow’s remix of Alt J’s hit single, In Cold Blood(feat. Pusha T), for Atlantic Records

A singular diamond spins in the darkness, rotating in time to the electronic beat. A white dove reflects on it’s surface, appearing for but an instant and then is wiped clean by a flash of light. Inspired by visuals and iconography that have become widely recognized from both Alt-J’s and Pusha T’s universes. With very little time to execute this animation, I aimed to create a single animated piece of iconography which could be repeated in an endless combination of ways.
